What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manufacturing Team Member position at Dose Steelworks, Inc?
Dose Steelworks, a family-owned company, is looking to hire a General Manufacturing Team Member. Base schedule is M-Th - 10 hour days; start time dependent on assigned department.
Requirements:
- The role of this position is to assist the manufacturing team in a variety of ways- assembly, paint, machine work, maintenance- to manufacture trailers in a safe environment.
- Requires use of hand and power tools and ability to follow required procedures to ensure safety, quality, effective and efficient manufacturing.
- Ability to work in a high paced, team centered environment.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Past experience working with tools, wiring, and hydraulics a plus.
- Strong attention to details.
- Ability to lift 75lbs. is essential.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- General maintenance of equipment and ability to keep your work area orderly is required.
- Ability to pass a respirator test.
- Preemployment drug screening required.
