Dos Hermanos is a fun, team-orientated, growing company to work for. We are a family-owned business born in Columbus over a decade ago. We started as a single, stationary food truck and now have 5 brick-and-mortar locations, 5 mobile food trucks, a taco cart, a concession stand inside the Greater Columbus Convention Center, as well as catering services for events of all sizes.
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Off-Premise Supervisor to lead and oversee all off-premise events, including catering, pop-up events, and concession operations. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail to ensure each event meets or exceeds client expectations while upholding company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Leadership & Execution:
- Oversee all off-premise events, such as catering, pop-ups, and concession events at corporate and local businesses (e.g., Chase, Columbus State, Columbus Convention Center, other high profile clients and corporate businesses).
- Collaborate with Management and clients to finalize event details, including menus, event timelines, and special requests.
- Conduct site visits as needed to assess setup requirements and logistics.
- Ensure all necessary equipment, supplies, and food are prepared and transported to the event location.
- Lead the off-premise team to deliver high-quality experiences while maintaining professionalism with team members, guests, and clients.
- Ensure food, health and sanitation standards are strictly followed at all events.
- Strive to achieve optimal outcomes for each event, representing the brand effectively and consistently.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, weekly schedule for the Off Premise Team, and manage off-premise team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
- Create and manage staff schedules to meet the needs of each event.
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration and accountability.
- Supervise staff during off-premise events, assigning tasks and ensuring team efficiency.
- Train staff on proper food handling, presentation, and customer service standards.
Client & Guest Relations:
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients during events, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and guests to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Operations & Planning:
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to plan event logistics and align with client expectations.
- Attend weekly sales and operations meetings to review upcoming events and provide updates.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Manage timing of food and beverage service to align with the event schedule.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event management, catering, and offsite events.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of health and sanitation standards in the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to work 50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on client and guest satisfaction.
