About Us
Dos Hermanos brings authentic Oaxacan-style Mexican food to the central Ohio community via 5 brick-and-mortar locations, 5 food trucks, a taco cart, a concession stand inside the Greater Columbus Convention Center, as well as catering services for events of all sizes.
As a Dos Hermanos Food Truck Team Member, you’ll not only be serving up mouthwatering dishes but also be part of food truck events that include some of the coolest events around town, including festivals, concerts, and private events!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Follow recipes accurately and ensure consistent food preparation processes
- Complete food preparation accurately, neatly, and efficiently
- Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
- Provide friendly, high-quality customer service to every customer
- Maintain positive working relationships with all truck employees and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested
- Speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees
- Maintain a professional appearance and display a positive, helpful attitude
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu
- Willingness to be cross-trained
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous food truck experience is preferred, but not required
- English is required
- Spanish is preferred, but not required
- Must have flexible schedule availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay
- $15/hour plus tips
- Paid biweekly
