Purpose of Position: To provide a full range of Credit Union loan services. Be knowledgeable in all loan products and services with the ability to discuss professionally, make recommendations and cross-sell. Interviews and counsels loan applicants by e-mail, phone, or other electronic means. Builds and strengthens member relationships by matching the members’ financial needs to the Credit Union’s products and services with the ability to document/build the loan application for a credit decision and produce closing documents with the ability to close electronically or at a convenient location.
Minimum Formal Education: High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Three to five years of credit union or financial experience in a Lending capacity with consumer contact, is highly preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Must possess strong communication, customer service.
- Strong computer skills
- Sales skills.
- Work in fast-paced environment while maintaining a quality production.
- Must be bondable.
