- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine
- Empty trash receptacles regularly and dispose of waste in designated areas following proper procedures
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning activities to prevent slips, trips, and falls
- Use commercial cleaning equipment like vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners effectively and safely
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
Qualifications
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to office buildings, retail spaces, or industrial facilities is a plus
