Duties
- Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
- Perform construction tasks including drywall installation, flooring, decking, tile work, craftsman finishing.
- Utilize power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively on job sites.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Conduct construction painting, ensuring surfaces are prepared correctly for optimal results.
- Install glass fixtures as needed, adhering to safety standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in remodeling or construction with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in construction painting, drywall installation, flooring installation, tile installation, and decking.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
