We are looking for an experienced Carpenter who is a proactive team player for our residential remodeling company.

You must be technically capable to perform advanced carpentry tasks in a safe and efficient manner and work well with our team and outside subs.

Benefits:

• Full-time
• $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities include:

• Installing windows, doors, and molding
• Installing cabinets and millwork
• Erecting scaffolding, and ladders for assembling structures above ground levels.
• Installing wood and/or metal framing
• Reading and executing architectural plans
• Maintaining and organizing tools
• Cleaning work areas to ensure safe working environments
• Maintain communication with our team and our clients (homeowners) r
• Follow onsite instructions to meet daily and weekly project goals
• Ensure the scope of work is completed on time

Qualifications:

• This position requires relocation to Monteagle, TN
• 3 Years of Construction Experience required
• Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as the ability to complete a company-specific safety orientation
• High standard of integrity and professionalism
• Excellent people skills for interacting with our customers and subcontractors
• Valid drivers license
• TN drug-free workplace and No Smoking/ Vaping or Tobacco products
