What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs.
- Prepare estimates and explain recommended maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Schedule appointments and manage repair orders from start to finish.
- Review completed repairs with customers and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Help maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
- Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and communication.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Compensation
Pay is competitive and based on experience.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday with a potential rotating Saturday schedule
- Day shift
