Are you a grill master? Within the DLM Meat and Seafood department, our Jack’s Grill serves as a destination where customers can enjoy items from a carefully curated menu, or enjoy any of our proteins grilled to perfection.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and grill meats, seafood and vegetables to perfection.
• Serve customers with enthusiasm and expertise.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the department.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at every step.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
• Food safety expertise.
• A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
• A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
• Previous experience as a grill cook or line cook.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• 18 years old or older.
• Holiday and weekend schedule availability.
  
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
