3rd Shift Produce Clerk

Are you a night owl? Lots of things happen behind the scenes at DLM to create a beautiful store ready for business. We have associates working around the clock – stocking shelves, replenishing fruits and veggies, cooking, baking, and cleaning. Our Produce department is looking for a dependable associate who can work both individually and as part of a team. The main duties will include unloading trucks, rotating product and displays, changing signs, and some minor cleaning.
Qualifications:
- A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
- A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
- A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Lifting up to 50lbs.
- Must have holiday and weekend availability.
