Office 365 Administration
Telecom - Network Management, XML/ XSLT / Xpath / Xquery / FO
Location: Dallas or Atlanta
Duration: 6 months
Telecom Experience is mandatory
Mailbox Operations Specialist
Manage the ILEC Meet-Point Mailbox, processing ~400 monthly requests for circuit information between CLLI codes
Respond to customer requests for meet-point information, perform redesigns, and help establish new meet-points
Operate the XML mailbox to process requests for establishing or updating Local Service Request (LSR) XML Gateway connectivity
Create CLEC test and production APPL IDs to facilitate customer order submissions
Coordinate and facilitate calls among test managers, IT, and customers for platform testing, troubleshooting, and migrations
Understand circuit provisioning, CLLI codes, and mailbox operations
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or 5 8 years of experience in telecom operations, customer service, or technical support
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with LSRs, XML gateway interfaces, and wholesale telecom processes
Skilled in technical troubleshooting and customer communication
Ability to manage and prioritize high-volume requests in a fast-paced environment
