dormakaba is seeking a Machinist II based in Indianapolis, IN. The Machinist II is responsible for performing machine setups, tool changes, and adjusting as necessary.
This position is available on Third Shift (9:30PM – 6:00AM) with a base pay range of $23/hr. - $29/hr. plus $.75/hr. shift differential. Mandatory overtime as needed.

dormakaba is seeking a Machinist II based in Indianapolis, IN. The Machinist II is responsible for performing machine setups, tool changes, and adjusting as necessary.

What You Will Do
- Operate machine according to standard operating instructions
- Document and inspect quality of work per Quality Assurance Inspection Procedure (QAIP)
- Use micrometers, height gauges, calipers, and comparator
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Extensive experience operating, setups, tool changes, etc.
- Understanding of shop math & blueprint reading/comprehension Geometric Dimensional and Tolerance (GD&T)
- Ability to perform advanced quality inspections
- Professional communication skills
