What You Will Do
- Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to align channel strategies with overall business objectives
- Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to enhance their sales effectiveness and product knowledge
- Develop and manage channel programs, including rebates, promotions, incentives, and co-marketing initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5 years Proven experience in channel management, sales, business development, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel as needed up to 50%
- Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in building material products
