Responsibilities
- Perform drain cleaning, unclogging, and maintenance using hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to identify drainage system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Utilize construction plumbing skills to repair or replace damaged pipes, fittings, or fixtures within water systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely while adhering to all safety protocols and local building codes.
- Assist with pipe threading, assembly, remodeling projects, and general construction site tasks as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including schematics and technical documentation for future reference.
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing or drainage systems.
- Knowledge of construction plumbing techniques including pipe threading, remodeling, and assembly.
- Experience with welding and the use of hand tools and power tools in a construction environment.
- Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras, schematics, blueprints reading, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Mechanical knowledge related to water systems, HVAC components, and plumbing system maintenance

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (some evenings & weekends as needed)
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
