We’re hiring a highly motivated Corporate Controller. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading our accounting department based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting process, including the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Cost Management: Analyze and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including GAAP, IFRS, and relevant industry-specific regulations.
• Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Financial Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in the manufacturing/construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and industry-specific regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
