Join our team as a Store Front Receptionist at Doors & Windows of Albertson, a fast growing retailer specializing in windows and doors. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality products to our customers, and we are looking for a friendly and organized individual to be the first point of contact for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries about our products and services.
- Answering Inquiries: Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person queries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments for sales consultations and installations.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing customer orders.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of our windows and doors product lines to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Support Sales Team: Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless customer service and sales processes.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with a welcoming demeanor.
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
