About Us
Door County Sandbox is a bar, restaurant and entertainment center offering great food and drinks along with golf simulators, axe throwing, cornhole, pool, darts and more. We’re looking for dependable, energetic and personable bartenders who enjoy working with people and being part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take food and drink orders and provide friendly, attentive guest service
- Accurately process payments using our POS system
- Check IDs and follow alcohol service and safety requirements
- Keep the bar, restaurant and guest areas clean, organized and stocked
- Help guests get set up for golf simulators, axe throwing and other activities
- Work with the entire team to keep service running smoothly
- See what needs to be done and step in to help wherever needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending or relevant service experience
- Friendly, outgoing and comfortable working with guests
- Dependable, punctual and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Honest, trustworthy and responsible with cash, alcohol, inventory and company property
- A team player who takes pride in their work and helps keep the entire operation running well
- Experience with Toast or a similar POS system is a plus

- Evening and weekend availability may be required
