What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rehab Support Assistant/Customer Service - Rehab Services Full-time position at Door County Medical Center?
The Rehab Assistant/Customer Service Rep. will assist patients, therapists, and other medical professionals in a pleasant manner, working as part of a highly effective, experienced support team. Responsibilities include: registration/scheduling processes, assisting therapists, phone duties, and other clerical tasks.
Education Required: High school graduate (GED) preferred or equivalent experience required; Medical Terminology preferred, but not required.
Related Years of Experience Required: Six months related experience preferred.
Credential/Licensure Required: BLS certified (training provided); Wisconsin Driver’s license.
Shift: Working 32 hours a week, variable shifts, primarily at the Sturgeon Bay location, could be asked to float to Sister Bay, or Algoma sites if needed.
