Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails from our existing clients and build effective customer relationships
- Work in conjunction with the Outside Sales team to provide quotations and process orders in a timely manner
- Provide backup & support for other Customer Service members
- Performs other related duties as assigned, clerical work, assist the IT department with office equipment and troubleshoot
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude in dealing with customers.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Education and Experience:
- We are a drug free workplace
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience required
- Some IT experience w/computer/office equipment a plus
