Whether you’re running plates, resetting tables, or supporting the service team, you help create the rhythm that keeps Realm buzzing.
What You'll Do
- Keep It Clean: Maintain pristine dining areas, restrooms, and side stations throughout the shift.
- Reset & Refresh: Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to keep the flow moving.
- Support the Service: Assist servers with food running, garnishing plates, and beverage refills.
- Stay Stocked: Prep and restock bus stations, ice caddies, and service areas.
- Guest-Ready: Ensure high chairs, booster seats, and table settings are clean and complete.
- Trash & Linen: Handle trash removal and linen separation with speed and care.
- Event Ready: Rearrange tables for large parties and special setups.
- Side Duties: Brew coffee, prep iced tea, and help with light cleaning tasks like vacuuming and mopping.
- Team Player: Communicate with supervisors and jump in wherever needed to keep service smooth.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Stamina to stand, bend, and move for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
- A sharp eye for detail and cleanliness.
- A team-first attitude and willingness to support wherever needed.
