Experienced Restaurant Server/Bartender
Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour gratuities
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Server/Bartender to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in both the restaurant and bar environments. This dual-role position is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys engaging with guests to create memorable dining experiences.
The Server/Bartender is responsible for providing attentive table service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment. This role requires strong product knowledge, the ability to multitask seamlessly between bar and floor service, and a commitment to upholding high service standards. *Schedule: Part-time; must be available for AM/PM shifts, including weekends.

Essential Functions
- Provide a full-service dining experience, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and restaurant guests
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, cocktails, wine, and beer selections.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining, and service areas
- Accurately process guest payments following established procedures
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines
- Support team members by assisting with drink preparation and service needs
- Restock bar and service areas, ensuring all items are properly stored and readily available
- Promote specials, events, and upsell menu offerings
- Address guest needs promptly and professionally to enhance the overall experience
- Report maintenance or operational concerns to management
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
- Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
- Ensure all cash handling and end-of-shift procedures are completed accurately
- Previous experience as both a restaurant server and a bartender is required
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in indoor/outdoor conditions as needed
