We are looking for a Sr. Paid Search Manager with a proven experience as well as knowledge on all aspects of paid search – campaign creation, bid management, attribution etc. with a proven track record of day of delivering performance optimization and account growth, digital marketing. They should be articulate, analytical, and enthusiastic. This is a fast-paced environment in a growing company and an excellent opportunity for the right individual. Client facing experience is critical for this role along with the ability to manage numerous budgets for multiple clients. Prior hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns in the online education vertical is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple paid search accounts: manage budgets, optimize performance, and drive innovation.
- Develop and present detailed performance reports and strategic improvement recommendations.
- Accurately forecast performance and budget for future planning.
- Clearly communicate paid search strategies and results to clients, including executive-level.
- Identify campaign trends and insights for growth and optimization.
- Create client-facing materials: test briefs, performance reports, ad copy suggestions.
- Build relationships with engine and vendor reps to enhance account health and product access.
- Supervise paid search deliverables, providing feedback and oversight.
- Manage and mentor search specialists or team members, including performance reviews.
- Act as an industry thought leader: write articles, attend events, speak about paid search.
- Lead training for new team members, coordinating sessions as needed.
- Support clients and teams in broader paid media initiatives.
Skills Required:
- 5 years in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Experience with large budgets and complex accounts across multiple platforms.
- Proficient in multi-channel paid media campaigns, including Shopping campaigns and feed management.
- Ability to create testing structures and client-facing deliverables.
- Experience with automated bidding platforms (e.g., Search Ads 360, Kenshoo).
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Proven experience managing Paid Search campaigns in the online education vertical.
- Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
- Multitasking and deadline adherence capabilities.
- Certified in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Active interest in paid search industry trends.
