We are seeking a highly motivated Power BI Developer to design and deliver impactful reporting solutions for our performance marketing clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, thrives in collaborative environments, and can translate business requirements into effective reports and visualizations.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Work with Power BI Services (publishing, sharing, workspaces, security).
- Deliver reporting solutions to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data architects to define and implement reporting datasets.
- Manage and execute weekly development and operational tasks.
- Document project requirements, write use cases, and provide clear communication to analysts, managers, and stakeholders.
- Own assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
What You Need
- Hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service.
- Strong skills in data modeling, dataset design, and performance optimization.
- SQL proficiency (queries, joins, stored procedures).
- Familiarity with common data sources: Azure SQL, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, Salesforce, GA4, HubSpot, etc.
- Experience collaborating with data architecture teams.
- Ability to work independently while also excelling in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Power BI Embedded or Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge/familiarity with Digital Media Platforms and Web Site Analytics Tools (i.e, Meta, Google Ads, GA4, Adobe Analytics)
- Experience with CRM Platforms such as Hubspot or Salesforce.com
