What You’ll Do
- Lead delivery of large, multi-channel projects and campaigns from kickoff to completion
- Partner with Account and Creative leadership to build project roadmaps and delivery plans
- Responsible for forecasting resource needs to ensure the right talent is allocated to each project at the right time
- Act as the central hub of internal communication, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed
- Actively participate in client meetings, representing project management interests
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation in digital PM software (Workfront experience a plus)
- Foster momentum by anticipating roadblocks, offering solutions, and keeping the team moving forward
- Communicate risks early with recommendations to leadership, while protecting timelines and quality
- Mentor junior PMs and help elevate the overall craft of project management within the agency
What You Need
- 6-8 years in project management in a creative/marketing agency setting
- Strong grasp of creative and production workflows in a marketing/agency environment
- Proven ability to juggle multiple workstreams and drive them to completion
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to flex between coach, problem solver, and advocate
- Confidence in presenting project updates and recommendations to senior clients and internal leaders
- Curiosity to ask the right questions, urgency to push projects forward, and resilience to adapt under pressure
- Comfort with digital PM tools; Workfront knowledge a plus
