Pay rate will be determined on prior experience and skillset.
Qualifications
1-2 years of restaurant experience
Basic POS, cash handling and customer service experience
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and assemble ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus and special events, including catering services.
- Manage inventory of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
Skills
- Experience in food service or a similar role within the restaurant industry.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dietary department or catering environment.
- Strong organizational skills for effective meal planning and preparation.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Customer Service
- Greeting customers and assisting them with their orders
- Maintaining organized and clean work stations during entire shift
- Checking to ensure each order is prepared to the guest specifications
- Maintains a professional and positive attitude while providing excellent customer service
- Preparation, assembly and packaging of food and beverage orders
- Performs duties in a calm and courteous manner to deliver a great dining experience to each guest that visits our restaurant
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20-30hours per week
