Cashier Job Description
Job Title: Cashier
Department: FOH
Reports To: Day/Mid/Night Manager
Summary:
The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests by ringing up orders, processing payments, and providing accurate change. The Cashier must also maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests positively and provide excellent customer service.
Ring up orders and process payments.
Provide accurate change.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service is preferred.
Strong math skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to work nights and weekends.
