What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance General position at Donatech Corporation?
Schedule: 4/10A, 1st Shift
This is a hands-on General Maintenance / Facilities Maintenance role focused on repairing and remodeling office or facility spaces.
What you’ll do:
- Perform general building repairs and maintenance.
- Build and repair metal and wood-framed walls.
- Perform drywall repair and wall painting.
- Handle basic carpentry, electrical, and mechanical work.
- Use hand and power tools.
- Read basic blueprints, drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
- Perform routine facility inspections and identify needed repairs.
Must-have: Minimum 5 years of experience with metal framing wood framing drywall repair painting office/home remodeling.
Safety: Safety shoes, goggles, and leather gloves are required.
Salary : $25 - $35
