- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Processing accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), reconciling bank and credit card statements, preparing invoices, and recording daily financial transactions using QuickBooks software.
- Administrative Support: Answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing physical/electronic files, and scanning documents.
- Financial Documentation: Assisting in preparing, tracking, and auditing expense reports, checking invoices for accuracy, and aiding in payroll processing.
- Data Accuracy: Reviewing financial data for accuracy and correcting discrepancies, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative support and advanced bookkeeping or accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), spreadsheets (e.g., MS Excel), and data entry. 10 key.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in numerical data entry and financial record maintenance.
