Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Coordinator based in Portland, OR. The role involves coordinating construction projects, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include assisting with project documentation, tracking progress, supporting project managers, and liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and project goals are achieved.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Coordination and Construction Project Management skills
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Construction Management
- Experience in Project Management with a focus on execution and timely delivery
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to dynamic project requirements
- Familiarity with construction software or project management tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
