Responsibilities
We are looking for a bilingual English/Spanish sales professional who is motivated, dependable, and ready to learn. Prior automotive sales experience is helpful, but it is not required. A strong work ethic, great attitude, and willingness to be coached are even more important.
Ideal Candidates Have
Previous sales, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are required for this position. We are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities
- Learn and follow the dealership sales process
- Assist customers from initial contact through vehicle delivery
- Communicate professionally with customers in both English and Spanish
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned inventory
- Build strong relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale
- Follow up with internet leads, phone leads, showroom traffic, and previous customers
- Use CRM tools to manage customer communication and daily activity
- Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, market trends, and certifications
- Work with sales leadership to create and execute monthly sales plans
- Help grow market share through consistent prospecting and customer follow-up
- Maintain dealership standards for customer satisfaction, gross average, and monthly sales volume
- Represent Don Ringler Chevrolet with professionalism, energy, and integrity
