Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or in a similar automotive repair role.
- Knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, blueprints, and technical instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a recognized automotive body repair program (e.g., I-CAR, ASE).
- Experience with computerized frame alignment systems and paint mixing technology.
- Familiarity with insurance claim processes related to vehicle repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience working in a high-volume body shop environment.
