Role Responsibilities

• Determine customer needs and preferences, including budget and features of the desired vehicle. The Sales Consultant will assist customers with test drives and explain characteristics and capabilities of the vehicles.
• Introduce and negotiate competitive vehicle pricing, financing options, incentives, and other terms of the sales process. The Sales Consultant must maintain a follow-up system after each deal that encourages repeat and referral business.
• Submit, process, and complete customer vehicle sales documentation to the Finance and Insurance Producer.
• Attend product and retail seminars as requested by the manufacturer. The Sales Consultant is required to obtain weekly and monthly sales generation targets set by the dealership's Sales Management Team.
