Duties

- Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and perform regular cash reconciliations.
- Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising products, and maintaining an organized sales floor.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with store policies regarding phone etiquette and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
