My client is an established Private Duty Home Care agency covering Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St Lucie and Indian River County. The business is profitable, has a stable team in place and offers significant potential for growth. They are looking for a driven Business Development professional with an established book of business who can bring energy, build referral relationships and help take the business to the next level.

- Looking to expand services and acquire additional agencies in Florida
The role:
- Drive new business development and grow Private Duty Home Care referrals across Palm Beach, Broward and Martin County
- Build and develop relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals and community organisations
- Utilise your existing book of business to generate new opportunities and increase market share
- Take ownership of your territory, with complete autonomy over your approach and strategy
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to the business, helping create a proactive, growth-focused culture
- Work closely with the existing office team, who will support intake and onboarding
- Opportunity to recruit additional marketing support as the business grows
- Potential to take on approximately 20% operational responsibilities, managing a team of five, with the flexibility to shape the role around your strengths
Required competencies:
- Proven experience in Private Duty Home Care or a related non-skilled care sector
- An established book of business across Palm Beach, Broward or the Treasure Coast is highly desirable
- A strong track record of generating new business and developing referral relationships
- Driven, enthusiastic and proactive, with the ability to create opportunities rather than simply react to them
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded, with the motivation to grow a profitable business
- Leadership or operational management experience would be beneficial for the broader role
