The role:
- To identify areas to grow the business in Broward County
- Connecting with Hospitals, Facilities, Doctors' Offices etc.
- Leverage the reputation from the Franchises’ other locations
- Open and close deals
- Build relationships with physicians, case managers, hospitals, etc.
Required competencies:
- Home Health/Home Care/Hospice/Senior Living experience
- Have a book of business in Broward County
- Proven track record of bringing in referrals
- Self-motivated
- A people’s person
