Duties
- Prepare and serve specialty beverages, including boba drinks, teas, and other beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, handling customer payments and making change as needed.
- Operate a point-of-sale system, such as Aloha POS, to process orders and track inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Work efficiently to meet sales goals and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of retail math and basic math principles to accurately manage inventory and make recommendations to customers.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of coffee and café offerings, including flavors, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
