Battery Technician Sales Rep

Dominus Solutions is expanding its battery storage division and looking for a sharp, coachable closer to work a warm pipeline. You’ll work exclusively with existing solar homeowners — customers who already believe in clean energy — presenting battery backup solutions that protect their investment and eliminate utility dependence.

Leads are fed directly to you. Your focus is one thing: close.

Duties

• Receive and work a steady pipeline of pre-qualified leads from existing solar customers
• Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess energy usage and present battery storage solutions
• Clearly articulate the value of battery backup — outage protection, bill optimization, energy independence
• Guide customers through product options, financing, and the installation process from contract to close
• Maintain accurate deal updates inside our CRM
• Follow up diligently on open opportunities with support from the team
• Collaborate with install coordination for smooth post-sale handoff
• Meet and exceed monthly closed-deal volume targets

Compensation

• 100% Commission — 1099
• Leads provided at no cost to you
• $80,000–$150,000 annual earning potential
• Flexible schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales or closing experience
• Strong communicator — verbal and written
• Self-motivated with high accountability
• Comfortable with CRM tools
• Solar or energy background a plus — but not required
• Driven by performance-based income
