Fast Food Crew Member

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated crew members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a crew member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. No prior job experience is required. We provide comprehensive training to newcomers aged 16 and above to develop the necessary soft skills for the job.

Duties

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system for efficient and accurate order taking .
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant, including kitchen and dining spaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while following cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers.

Experience

• Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary experience is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
