- Plan, coordinate, and supervise roofing, siding, and exterior construction projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and onsite labor teams
- Ensure projects meet specifications, deadlines, and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and final project walkthroughs
- Monitor compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and company policies
- Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers
- Identify and resolve construction issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, daily logs, and reports
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Promote a strong culture of safety through training and jobsite enforcement
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of roofing systems and exterior construction
- Experience supervising multi-family and/or commercial construction projects
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with project management software and construction documentation
- Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions
- 3 years experience strongly preferred
