- Provide personal care and emotional support in accordance with each resident's individual care plan
- Support residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and medication reminders
- Respond promptly to resident needs and calls-day or night
- Build relationships with residents and families based on trust and compassion
- Escort residents to meals and activities, and encourage social engagement
- Observe and report any changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition to wellness leadership
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with resident care policies
- Assist with dining service, light housekeeping, laundry, and other daily comforts
- Uphold resident rights, dignity, independence, and safety at all times

- A compassionate and dependable caregiver who finds purpose in serving others
- Experience in senior living, home health, or caregiving is a plus-but not required
- Comfortable working in a team environment and communicating clearly
- Willing to learn and follow care plans, safety policies, and training protocols
- Able to lift, bend, and assist residents as needed, using proper body mechanics
- Must pass background checks and applicable state screenings

- Experience in the care giving to older adults preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Desire to work with older adults
