What You'll Do
As an HCM Sales Consultant, you'll own the full sales cycle while partnering closely with decision-makers:
- Sell customized payroll and human capital management solutions
- Build relationships with payroll, HR, and executive-level leaders
- Conduct live demos of Dominion Payroll's innovative online platform
- Prepare pricing proposals and close new business
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Base Salary: $60,000-$75,000 (based on experience)
- Uncapped, high-earning commission plan
- Automobile & cell phone allowances
- President's Club recognition
- Best-in-class sales onboarding, training, and ongoing support
- 3 years of proven success in HCM or Payroll sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong presentation, communication, and listening skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Relationship-builder who leads with integrity and curiosity
- You are hungry to learn, humble enough to listen, and forming deep relationships is one of your greatest strengths
