What are the responsibilities and job description for the Time and Attendance Specialist position at Dominion Payroll?
What You'll Tackle
Dominion Payroll is hiring a Time & Attendance Specialist in Richmond, VA (full-time, $45,000-$51,000) with work-from-home flexibility. This role exists to keep client timekeeping running smoothly across multiple systems-because "my hours are wrong" is never a fun surprise.
You'll:
The Good Stuff
You'll start by scanning messages and ticket updates, then hop between a couple timekeeping systems to verify what changed, what didn't, and what needs a human brain. Midday is usually a mix of quick client calls, a little testing after a platform update, and documenting what you found so nobody has to re-invent the wheel tomorrow. Later, you'll shift into "clean data" mode-reviewing timekeeping reports for accuracy and prepping notes for upcoming client projects. Expect a steady rhythm, the occasional curveball, and plenty of satisfying moments where the numbers finally line up.
Dominion Payroll is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. We strongly encourage veterans and candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
