Dominion Liquid Technologies is a food and beverage manufacturing plant that specializes in cocktail mixes, syrups, and sauces. DLT is looking for a full-time Material Handler who can operate forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck in a safe manner for 3rd Shift, We are seeking a candidate with strong computer proficiency.
Hours: Monday-Friday 12:00 am - 08:30 am
General Description:
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck in safe manner
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck in a safe and efficient manner.
- · Read and follow production schedules to accurately stock lines with required packaging materials.
- · Assist Cooks with pulling and moving flavors and ingredients.
- · Shrink wrap pallets of finished products and transport them to designated warehouse locations using an RF Scanner.
- · Return unused materials and ingredients to appropriate storage locations after production has ended.
- · Pull, load, and stage customer orders for shipment.
- · Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and cycle count participation.
- · Load and unload trucks as needed.
- · Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times.
- · Maintain cleanliness and perform routine inspections of forklifts, completing inspection sheets prior to each shift.
- · Ensure forklift batteries are charged at the end of shifts and water levels are checked/filled weekly.
- · Maintain a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment.
- · Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Lead or Manager.
- · In case of absence: Duties will be fulfilled by a Warehouse Associate or Warehouse Manage
Work Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food or beverage manufacturing plant a plus
- Experience with RF Scanner a plus
- 3 years of warehouse experience preferred
- 3 years experience operating a reach truck preferred
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
