You will also assist with reservations, act as a hotel operator, perform concierge duties, and coordinate with other hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, making every interaction memorable.
- Manage check-in, check-out, and guest account settlements efficiently.
- Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, providing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservations.
- Operate phone systems to direct calls and manage communications.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct night audits and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Uphold hotel policies while delivering a positive guest experience.
- Serve as a professional representative of the hotel to guests, visitors, and vendors.
- Assist with special activities and events, providing information to guests and staff as needed.
- Monitor and report any security issues to management.
- Manage inbound and outbound mail, packages, and courier services.
- Set up, restock, and clean up the daily Continental Breakfast service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent (preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service with strong people skills.
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze guest needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
