Serving hundreds of clients in a variety of medical specialties, we provide actionable information to improve patient care and medical outcomes in the treatment of Chronic Pain and Addiction Medicine. Postition Overview: We are seeking a Field Laboratory Representative (FLR) to join our team at the Ellsworth Patient Service Center. This full-time, entry-level medical field position plays a vital role in our quantitative drug testing analysis.

Schedule

MONDAY 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, WEDNESDAY 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM & THURSDAY 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all patients.
• Collect urine specimens while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Accurately enter patient and requisition data into electronic systems.
• Maintain inventory of collection supplies and reorder as needed.
• Ensure all documentation is completed with a high level of accuracy.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company compliance policies.
• Work efficiently as part of a collaborative laboratory team.
• Maintain a clean and organized office space.
