Position: Undergrad/Graduate Assistant – Project Coordinator
Department: Brennan School of Business (BSB)
Dates: Fall Semester (August-December 2025), Spring Semester (January-May 2026)
Hours: 6-10 hours/week
Location: Hybrid (on campus/offsite)
Compensation: $15/hour
Major: All majors with requisite skills
Description: An Undergrad/Grad Assistant-Project Coordinator is needed to assist in planning and executing various initiatives related to the Entrepreneurs LaunchPad Fund (ELF) and the Business Plan Challenge (BPC). ELF is the DU program to provide seed funding and assistance to student entrepreneurs culminating in the annual LaunchPad 2026 competition in late April. BPC is the student business plan challenge also culminating in late April/early May. Both programs are showcase events and involve working with business executives (judges) from the community.
Responsibilities will include: overall program development and coordination, client communications and interface, design of marketing collateral, event planning, executing marketing campaigns via social media, email, and other channels; project management tasks; and other communications. This is a hybrid position with a minimum in-person commitment of 1-2 hours per week.
