Position Summary

Lead the marketing engine for one of the Bay Areas most dynamic hospitality brands. From award-winning wines to unforgettable private events and sold-out public experiences. Youll be the creative force driving our visibility, engagement, and brand narrative across every channel.

Domenico Catering & Events is looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to lead promotional efforts across our private and public event portfolios. From corporate gatherings and weddings to ticketed public experiences like comedy shows and roller rinks, this role focuses on driving visibility, ticket sales, and engagement for all event types.

This role is ideal for someone who is equally strategic and hands-on: able to craft compelling digital campaigns, coordinate logistics, and bring energy to events to capture content and connect with guests. Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Meta Ads, and performance marketing tools is a must. A passion for community events and hospitality is a non-negotiable requirement.

You must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends for public events.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing for Private Events

• Own and manage marketing strategies for Domenicos private event services, including weddings, corporate functions, and social events.
• Create and maintain email marketing workflows and automations using GoHighLevel.
• Support lead generation and nurturing campaigns across channels (email, social, paid).
• Collaborate with sales team on marketing assets, messaging, and lead quality feedback.

Public Event Development & Promotion

• Build and manage a forward-looking public event calendar (36 months out) in line with brand, seasonal trends, and community interests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute events, from talent booking to logistics.
• Promote events across platforms: website, email, social media, Eventbrite, local websites, etc.
• Attend public events to manage content capture, guest interaction, and live marketing.
  

Digital Marketing & Advertising

• Design and deploy Meta Ads for both public and private event campaigns; track performance and optimize.
• Use GoHighLevel for email and SMS campaigns, funnel creation, and contact segmentation.
• Manage digital listings and event content on platforms like Facebook, Eventbrite, Instagram, and more.
• Create visual content and promotional assets using Canva or equivalent tools.

Onsite Content & Engagement

• Attend events to gather behind-the-scenes and live footage for use across social and email.
• Maintain a content library (photo/video) for future marketing.
• Post real-time stories, recaps, and promotional teasers to maintain online engagement.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in marketing, events, or hospitality industries.
• Required: Hands-on experience with HighLevel and Meta Ads.
• Firm grasp of social media platforms, email marketing, and community engagement.
• Skilled in Canva, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, and Instagram Reels.
• Excellent copywriting skills for web, social, and email formats.
• Highly organized, motivated, and comfortable working independently and cross-functionally.
• Available to work evenings and weekends for public events.
