What You’ll Do
- Drive Revenue: Own the full sales cycle, from rapid-response lead follow-up to closing high-value contracts, ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate referral pipelines with other venues, event planners, vendors, and corporate clients to fuel growth.
- Collaborate Seamlessly: Partner with Culinary, Production, and Operations teams to customize menus, implement upsell enhancements, and ensure a flawless event handoff.
- Lead with Precision: Conduct venue tours, discovery calls, and contract negotiations with magnetic communication and meticulous attention to detail.
- Innovate & Upsell: Create tailored event packages and propose enhancements, such as team-building experiences or specialty vendors, to maximize profitability.
