Duties
- Greet customers, check identification and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Educate customers about different cannabis strains, products, and their effects.
- Process sales transactions using a cash register and handle cash accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of current product offerings, including new arrivals and promotions.
- Upsell products by recommending complementary items based on customer preferences.
- Stock shelves and ensure the display of products is organized and visually appealing.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.
- Adhere to all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product information to customers.
