Pay: $16.00–$19.00 per hour tips
Estimated earnings with tips: Approximately $21–$26/hour depending on shift and business volume
Availability: Weekends and holidays required

Domaine LeSeurre is expanding, and we’re building the hospitality team for our new winery location in Hector, NY, on Seneca Lake.
We’re looking for energetic, personable people who enjoy connecting with guests and creating memorable experiences. Wine knowledge is welcome, but you do not need to be a wine expert to apply. If you have a strong hospitality mindset, enjoy learning, and are comfortable talking with people, we can teach you the wine.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in restaurants, hotels, tourism, retail, customer service, events, or other guest-facing roles — as well as anyone interested in building a career in the Finger Lakes wine industry.
Your Role
As a Winery Hospitality Associate, you’ll be part of the guest experience from the moment visitors arrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Hosting guests and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Leading wine tastings and sharing the stories behind our wines
- Learning about Finger Lakes wine, grape varieties, and winemaking
- Helping guests select wines and making thoughtful recommendations
- Processing wine and merchandise sales
- Preparing and maintaining tasting areas
- Assisting with winery events and special experiences
- Working alongside our hospitality and winemaking teams
- Helping us establish the guest experience at our new Hector location

Previous winery experience is not required. Experience in hospitality, restaurants, bars, hotels, tourism, retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
